Dr. Al Russell, DC
Hi! I’m Allan Russell. I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1995 after receiving a bachelor’s degree in physical education from the University of Calgary. I qualified as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner in 1999. I enjoy working with families, especially children.
I grew up in Calgary and have been married to my wife Kelly since 2000. We have four children—Madison, Ty, Payton and Brayden—who are our focus. Chiropractic is a part of our family’s active lifestyle. Along with all the kids’ activities, I enjoy playing hockey in the winter and golf in the summer.
Dr. Gail Gdanski, DC
Hi. I’m Gail Gdanski, and I have been in practice for over 30 years. I graduated in 1981 and have loved chiropractic all my life. We have 18 chiropractors in my family. Our chiropractic history started with my dad, and my son is currently in chiropractic college.
Chiropractic is my way of life and I really do eat, breathe and sleep it. I am lucky for 2 reasons: I get to help people change their lives without drugs, and I’m a person who truly loves her job. My passions are my practice and my family. My husband is also a chiropractor and I have 2 kids: a daughter who is a vet and a son in chiropractic college.
Hi everyone! My name is Lisa. I love working with the doctors as their chiropractic assistant. When you meet me, you will see how much fun I have at work! The thing I love most about the clinic is our warmth and caring, both for our patients and each other. It really is like my second family.
I have 2 stepchildren, Kat and Ben and a husband, Daniel, who I adore. All of them keep me hopping! When I do have some free time I love playing in the local SCA group, of which I have been a member for over 15 years. I am originally a Saskatchewan girl, but I love living in Calgary. I love Calgary’s many summer festivals and activities, as well as being close to the mountains where I can go hiking, camping and rock climbing!

Hi, my name is Pooja Jindal. I graduated from Makami College and completed 3000hrs with honors. I found it remarkable that by having a good understanding of muscles and related body systems you can relieve the pain of clients and improve their quality of life. I completed my RMT with 100% dedication and now it is my mission to put a smile on my clients face and alleviate their pain. I provide therapeutic massage, foot reflexology, trigger point therapy, cupping, hot stone, and relaxation massage therapy. I am also continuously updating my training and learning new skills in this field. In 2016, I joined the great team of Temple Crossing Chiropractic. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family.
Hi, my name is Samantha. I find the body a fascinating thing to learn about. I am a graduate from CDI College and completed my 2,400-hour requirement, at which point I started at Temple in 2014. I am also a member of the Remedial Massage Therapist Association. I have 5 adorable nephews that mean the world to me. I enjoy playing sports, singing, drawing and being outdoors. Temple Crossing is a great place to put my learning to good use by helping our patients.
Hi. My name is Trang. I have been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 7 years and am fully certified with my 2,200-hour course. I am a medium pressure therapeutic therapist who specializes in trigger point therapy and stretches in my treatments. If interested, ask me about hot and cold stone therapy. Temple Crossing is my new home and I love being part of the team.

Dr. Shobna Bali, DTCM, RAc
Hi, I’m Shobna Bali. I am a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Registered Acupuncturist. I earned my master's degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The 4-year curriculum at this school consists of over 4,200 hours of training in acupuncture, herbal medicine, practical clinical experience, energetic exercise and adjunct therapies which include: tui na (Chinese massage), Eastern nutrition, moxibustion, cupping, electric stimulation, gua sha, and auriculotherapy.
I specialize in sports medicine acupuncture (IMS). I am very passionate about healing through the connection between body, soul and mind, and I also take pride in helping patients to cope with stress and pain management. I suffered through a frozen shoulder with tension headaches for 2 years, which doctors had no solution for, and then I decided to take the natural healing way. I meditate, do yoga and breathing exercises every day, and also receive regular acupuncture treatments to balance the body with qi and blood. Chiropractic and acupuncture make a great team for your health.
